- We only offer treatments to women & girls
- Hair needs to be extension-free at the time of treatment
- Wait a couple of weeks after having any other hair treatments, e.g. colouring, Keratin treatment, perm, etc.
- Wear a vest or strappy top to prevent wet collars - you will be provided with a blanket
- Certain health and medical conditions will need to be discussed at time of booking
